Beautiful location

We stayed at the villa for 2 weeks, and loved every minute of it, the villa is in a peaceful spot with stunning views but only a short drive to all amenities, and lixouri. Frances was a great host, we arrived early hours of the morning to find the fridge full with all we would need until we could get to a shop. The villa itself is perfect for a family holiday, I particularly liked that it was designed for guests and we didn’t feel like we were in someone else’s home. We would definitely go back - thanks for a great stay :)

Great villa with gorgeous view

Villa Karavaki was the perfect base for our family holiday. The location was perfect, it felt rural with gorgeous mountain and sea view from the patio and pool area but still only a 5 minute drive to xi beach or 10 minute drive to Lixouri. The villa itself was lovely (the photos don’t do it justice) it had lots of space, was really clean and well equipped with all we could need. Frances was great with communication, she answered all questions and gave us clear directions. A lovely welcome hamper was left with all we needed for the first day plus some lovely treats which removed the stress of finding a supermarket on arrival. We would definitely recommend and would love to come back and visit again.

Wonderful

Superb rental, very clean and very well equipped. The sleeping area is remarkable and well appointed. The swimming pool is superb. Shame it's visible from the road. Very well placed with a supermarket very close by and Petana beach is the most beautiful for me. Our hosts were extremely friendly and very responsive.

Amazing stay!!

We had an amazing stay in this villa located closely to Lixouri town. The check in the was made super easy with the help of Frances. He gave us great directions to the villa as well as instructions of how to get on the ferry. There’s so much to do, highly recommend Xi beach which is only a 5 min drive from the villa. Thank you for our wonderful stay :)

Relaxing break with scenic views

Our family of four (kids aged 17 and 12) stayed for one week in July. Communication with owner from start to finish was fantastic, A lovely scenic drive from airport of just under an hour, took us to this spacious 3 bed villa all with en suite bathroom. Arrived to a nice welcome pack which avoided need to go to shops on day one. Villa Karavaki is set in a quiet spot, only a few mins drive from Xi beach and 7mins drive to Lixouri town for which we just used the great local taxi for getting to and from, ideally we would have walked to Xi beach if were any pavements. The villa and pool were clean and had everything we needed, lovely view from pool area, and enjoyed sitting at the pool watching the sun rise over the hills in the morning. We easily visited Argostoli (20min ferry from Lixouri), and Petani Beach for dinner whilst watching the sun go down. Plenty of space for all, we had a great stay and would recommend if wanting a quiet and relaxing break, or to base yourself and explore further. Would recommend

Great location, great views, great pool

August 2022 - 2 adults and 2 teens (16/14). The Villa: 3 big bedrooms - all en-suite. Kitchen and living area well-stocked. The villa opens onto the infinity pool which has lovely views over the valley and sea onto Argostoli and the east of the island. Sun all day and into the evening. It’s also a good for star-gazing at night and watching the planes come in and out in the distance. The only suggestion we’d have is for a screen to the southern side to block the view of the road (which isn’t that big a deal and the road is quiet), and maybe some shade for the early mornings. The Location: Perfect! 5 mins drive to Xi beach and all the watersports and beach bars, and 10 minutes to Lixouri and supermarkets/shops and lovely town square. Vatsa beach and boat hire 10 minutes away. Activities: Lixouri in the evening - loads of great restaurants and bars. We had day-trips to Fiskardo (must-do!) where the kids went scuba-diving (and we had a look at Myrtos on the way), Antisamos (the beach!!!), the caves (kids loved them!) and Assos (beautiful). Frances always on hand by phone and really helpful.

Amazing Villa like home from home. Highly recommend just perfect

Had the most amazing week in this beautiful villa. Frances was there to hand and so helpful and kind. The pool was kept so clean and the views were stunning. Loved all the little touches such as a welcome pack and the laundry bin. Just first class.

Quiet, lovely villa with great views and pool

We enjoyed this very well equipped villa. Great welcome pack provided, and everything we needed. We did not hire a car and were able to walk to xi beach for restaurantsand get bus or taxi to Lixouri for supermarket and ferry. Had a great holiday thank you.
