Kefalonia has dramatically changed over the last few years from an island where the main industry was farming to a popular tourist attraction.

When we first visited Kefalonia, over seventeen years ago, we were lucky enough to encounter a very traditional lifestyle although during the Summer months this cannot be seen very often.

As winter approaches, from the end of October, Kefalonia reverts back in time.
