Kefalonian Homes has been established since 2001 and first began as a construction company producing high quality villas, mainly for British clients.

 

 We are unique in that we are the only holiday villa rental company on Kefalonia to have constructed all the villas we advertise.

 

We presently offer a portfolio of thirteen villas for rent and a further eight will be available for the 2008 season.  Details of these additions will be published pre-season 2008.

 

 Our services are second-to-none and all our properties are maintained to the very highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

 

 Being based on the island we are able to offer a more immediate and personal service.
